There are definitely a fair few to choose from, including musical comedies if that's more your thing.

The newyorktheatreguide.com website has provided a list of all the Broadway shows that are now open or due to open soon, including American Idiot, which features the music of American punk rock band Green Day, Annie, The Book of Mormon, Mary Poppins, Rock of Ages and The Addams Family.

Other Broadway shows opening in 2011 include Billy Elliot The Musical, which as many of you will know follows the story of a lad who decides to take up ballet instead of boxing like his father wants, Jersey Boys – based on the life story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons – and Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark.

Snooki on WWE: Were you impressed?

Posted: 24 Mar 2011 02:53 AM PDT

When MTV reality star Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi made a guest appearance on WWE Monday Night Raw recently, no-one quite expected what happened next. Not only did the pint-sized 'Jersey Shore' star jump in the ring and tackle female wrestler Layla, but she also accepted a challenge to fight again.

As noted over at hollywoodlife.com, it all kicked off when wrestler Michelle McCool shoved Snooki, as she sat watching the action from the ringside. The reality star of course wasn't haven't any of it and squared up to Michelle, despite the fact that she's a foot taller than Snooki.

Snooki then decided to get into the ring and tackle Layla, slamming the wrestler's head on the mat several times. When Layla attempted to crawl away, Snooki just grabbed her leg and wouldn't let her escape. Vickie Guerrero then challenged the wee star to a battle at next month's WrestleMania XXVII.

Were you impressed with Snooki's WWE antics? If so, will you be tuning in to watch her again?

Hollywood Photo Leaks in 2011: List of Stars

Posted: 23 Mar 2011 07:55 AM PDT

You have to love how the Internet has made it possible for Hollywood photo leaks to spread around the world in a matter of hours. In the old days it would take much longer, and would only reach a limited audience. Now these stars have to have their wits about them, and 2011 looks to be no different.

We have already learned that new photos of Vanessa Hudgens has leaked onto the web, although these will not be as shocking as those taken a few years back when she was much younger. Another star might also have to worry about photos appearing on the Internet, the woman in question is Natalie Portman, who recently stared in Black Swan.

It seems as though a long list of stars might have to worry about what photos or other information will be leaked, as we have learned from Post Chronicle that email accounts of more than 100 celebrities have been hacked. Other alleged stars to have their accounts hacked include Dianna Agron Miley Cyrus and Scarlett Johansson.

How do you feel about personal images of Hollywood stars being leaked on the Internet?

Elizabeth Taylor Dies: Remembering a Legend

Posted: 23 Mar 2011 07:10 AM PDT

With so many sad things going on in the world, we have to wonder if there is any end to such misery. So seeing headlines like "Elizabeth Taylor Dies" proves that there is no end to bad news. We know that this will not be as sad as those terrible events that have happened in Japan, but try telling that to the thousands of Taylor fans around the world.

One thing we do know, that she was a beautiful and gifted actress, and will be sadly missed. The actress was 79 when she finally succumbed to heart failure, and although she has not had a major role in a movie for a number of years, she still managed to win three Oscars in her career.

When looking back at her life it is a mix really, yes she starred in some great movies, but she also had bad luck when it came to not only her health but her love life as well – eight marriages is proof of that. Being able to choose what her best movie was is certainly a tough one, but we are sure that you all have a favorite?

Some of you will go the easy route and choose Cleopatra, but she has had many more movies that were better than that, so please let us know yours. We would like to offer our deepest sympathies to Elizabeth Taylor’s family and friends on this sad day.

Next Halo: Deeper Not Radical

Posted: 23 Mar 2011 06:17 AM PDT

With the success of Halo reach, it was always going to be an issue for the next Halo game to be as popular. This has to be the reason why 343 Industries has decided to go much deeper into the game, but will not be radical. This could go one of two ways, but we can be certain that whatever way the studio goes, fans of the franchise will let them know in time if they are happy with the direction.

CVG has been in contact with the studio, and is seems as though they are going in a different direction to how Bungie used to go in, as each new game was different. It was no secret that they wanted to turn the game on its head with each new version, as this could often confuse gamers.

The guys at the studio said that for those who worry that the next Halo will not live up to all the hype of previous games, then they do not need to worry, as they will still be close partners with Microsoft and the Xbox 360. One thing we do know, the new version of the game will still be very different and innovative.
